New Year, New You

Hi guys! My name is Midori Rutledge and I’m here to encourage, help, and guide you to get in shape and learn to live a healthier lifestyle. What better time to start than at the beginning of a new year? Fitness and nutrition are two variables that you can control. Without health we dont have much. My mission is to help you gain the self confidence and tools to make healthier choices in your life.

I’ll tell you a little about myself…About two years ago I really wanted to learn how to get myself in the most optimal shape I could and to change my lifestyle. I studied fitness and nutrition to learn more about the body and what it needs. I never knew how important nutrition really was. After adopting a new, healthy lifestyle I grew a passion to keep learning. Since then I have been featured in many fitness magazines around the country, including Inside Fitness and Oxygen magazine. I’ve had the opportunity to write as well as be featured as their fitness model.

It’s now January 2012…Why not start now on a new adventure to get yourself in the best shape you can and adopt a healthy lifestyle? I will be blogging some workouts fitness and nutrition ideas here on PremierLife, so be sure to stay tuned!
