The Recovery Room – Sunday, February 19th

Lauren Shepherd Posted on February 19, 2012

Yet another weekend has come to an end on Richmond Row, and reading week is finally here! Most of us will be heading somewhere sunny for the break, and whether your destination is Cancun, Punta Cana, or Florida, it’s safe to say that your wild partying is likley going to continue for the next seven days straight. If this is the case, I recommend you save this mix upon your arrival, and your much needed entrance back into sobriety.

However, for those of you who heading home, take the time to enjoy this mix and get ahead in your studies…
More work now = More play after.

I’m featuring Lana Del Rey as your top artist for this week’s recovery. If you are yet to hear her amazing voice, take the time to go out and buy her new album Born to Die. The American singer/songwriter started out as a YouTube sensation and is now topping the UK charts. Dare I say she’s the best star to be discovered on YouTube? I still love you Justin Bieber… But this girl is incredible.
Check out one of my favourites here:

I’ve created the remaining mellow list for those who will be spending reading week away from Jim Bob Rays and PremierLife… Talk about separation anxiety.
Here’s the line-up… Happy slack reading week:
