PremierLife’s very own producer and DJ, Giddy, is back with yet another tag-team effort with Martin Giuffre, bringing forth this awesome remix of Michael Woods’ hit song, “Last Day On Earth.” In a trancey turn, “Last Day On Earth” is remixed into a sub-bass gem that has the potential to blow the roof off. If this song could talk (I don’t mean with vocals, I mean have a conversation with someone), its tagline would definitely be “you’re gonna get it.” Being in the studio with Giddy and Martin today shed some light on some of their future projects and works in progress. There is a lot being done for the two, as they’re getting ready to release some original mixes and a few other remixes.
“Last Day On Earth” is a staple in my iTunes library, amassing 10 plays this afternoon, alone, while it has taken a spot among the first ten songs on both my workout and pre-drink playlists (whose ingenius titles I cannot divulge because of their brilliance). This track, however, should not be slept on. It should not be overlooked or skipped. No, it should wind up in your iTunes, on your iPod and among some of your most played songs, as surely, it is one of the best remixes to be released in 2012.
